On site management/owners. No trying to deal with a call centre somewhere in outer space. It's like home, better than home. Lovely, comfortable furnishings. Fully equipped, full sized open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room. Everything worked. Quiet location yet only a few minutes drive out of town (Tara, Qld) where they have the best Foodworks grocery shop I have ever been in. Parking - Many places on booking.com advertise that they have parking and they are lying. They mean they have 20 rooms and 2 car spaces. Beulah has plenty of parking, they would be able to accommodate a trailer, horse float, boat.

Excellent value, high quality accomodation. The hosts were attentive and very welcoming. Serene, quiet setting, with a "home" feeling.

We had a really nice stay and can highly recommend it. Lovely hosts, super clean house with character, great and peaceful location, cuddly cats, nice outdoor area, everything you need.
Nothing negative to say...
