They allowed us to check in early, it was clean and no hassle getting in and out. Located close to city centre.
No information at all such as wifi password was provided and in room facilities very basic. For instance, no milk to go with the basic tea and coffee available.

Kitchenette well set up; clean room and bathroom, spacious bathroom
Glasses for teeth brushing in bathroom would be good. Also when we can back to motel around 9pm there were no lights on (at all) showing the entrance to driveway.

We had a queen room with balcony. It was located at the rear of the property and very quiet. The bed was comfortable, there was a 2-person settee and 2 dining chairs. We had a kitchen sink with microwave etc. the room opened at the rear to a balcony with view to a pond and garden.
No complaints at all.

Small kitchenette is functional. Room was a good size.
Leaking taps which we reported; having to request two pillows each; having to request a hairdryer as there wasn't one in the room. Balcony was nice to have but it had not been cleaned.
