    Booked 2 rooms, but upon check in we learned that the hotel double booked and only provided us one room. Room was filthy. Mattress looked dirty, which was made worse by the fact that the sheets barely covered the mattress. Condom wrapper was found under the bed as well. Additionally, there was some kind of water pump in the room that went off throughout the night, interrupting my sleep. The bathroom smelled awful and the toilet seat was broken off and discarded in the corner of the bathroom. The hotel staff did try to work with us on a new room but we did not want to stay there anymore. We were charged for the full rate of the larger room they put us in, despite booking two smaller rooms. I left unhappy with the staff's resolution.
