Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modern. Everything worked properly
There was quite a bit of outside noise. Was on the 4th floor and the bed was near the window. Noise seemed to come from the neighborhood right behind the hotel. Noise heard well into the am (1a.m )

The hotel room was clean. When I finally did see an employee there, he was very kind and helpful.
No one was at the desk each time I went there, ( you have to ring a bell and it takes them a while to come and meet you at the front desk) evening and the morning. The hotel had lots of people drinking out in the parking lot when we got there which felt unsafe. I did not see the small appliances in my room that were listed.
