The Beatrice Estate

This enchanting 1945 Tudor home, along with its guest house, offers a harmonious mix of contemporary amenities and old-world allure. Ideal for several families and particularly welcoming for children, it boasts a "kid barn," a treehouse, a heated pool operational from June to September, and a hot tub available throughout the year. Conveniently located within biking distance to the Lunch Loops Trailhead for mountain biking and hiking adventures, it's also just a short drive from downtown retail and dining, the majestic Colorado National Monument, golf courses, wine tasting excursions, river rafting, and the slopes of Powderhorn for downhill skiing.
As you step into the main house, you're welcomed by a spacious, well-appointed kitchen—the heart of the home—perfect for cooking and gathering. Just to the right, you’ll find a stylish half bath and the main living room, thoughtfully furnished for comfort and relaxation. Adjacent to this space is a bright and airy reading nook, surrounded by windows and filled with natural light. Nearby, the dining area features a large table that comfortably seats eight—ideal for shared meals and conversation.
Upstairs, you’ll discover four beautifully themed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Blue Room features a luxurious king-sized bed and a walk-in closet. The Green Room also offers a comfy king bed, perfect for restful nights. The Orange Room includes a cozy queen bed. The Yellow Room is great for kids or guests, with two comfy twin beds.
One upstairs bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination, while the other has a spacious walk-in shower.
Head down to the lower level to find a convenient half bath and a full laundry room with a washer and dryer. There’s also a Kid’s Room featuring a twin-over-twin and twin-over-full bunk bed and plenty of toys to keep little ones entertained.
Also on the basement level is the luxurious Master Suite, complete with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and private en suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. The suite also has its own private entrance to the backyard for added convenience and privacy.
In addition to the main house, you'll enjoy a charming detached Guest House. This self-contained space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, a small washer and dryer, and a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and walk-in closet. The living area features a queen-sized sleeper sofa, providing even more space for guests.
Step outside into the beautifully designed backyard oasis. You’ll find:
Two bar areas—one with a grill and mini fridge, and another with a sink, mini fridge and storage—perfect for crafting margaritas and entertaining. A heated saltwater pool, hot tub, and two fire pits, each surrounded by comfortable, decorative seating for evening relaxation.
A Kid Barn stocked with toys and a whimsical treehouse with a swing for outdoor fun. This property is designed to delight guests of all ages, offering comfort, charm, and plenty of space to relax, play, and make lasting memories.

No Events or Parties Allowed: Violations may result in immediate eviction and/or loss of reservation cost.
Law Enforcement Involvement: If law enforcement is called due to disturbances or violations of house rules, the guest may be subject to immediate eviction without refund.
Noise Monitoring: Noise levels at the property are actively monitored using noise detection devices. Guests are expected to maintain respectful volume levels at all times.
Quiet Hours: Quiet time is enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM according to local ordinance). Please be mindful of neighbors and avoid loud conversations, music, or other disruptive activities during these hours.

Seven days prior to your check-in date, you will receive an email with the necessary information. Additionally, two hours before your check-in, a text message will be sent, containing the property address and the smart lock door code.

Sound-quiet hours 8pm to 8am
Parking-parking limited to 10-12 vehicles, please do not block the garage entrance.
Trash-keep trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage containers
Smoking-no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home
Pets-keep pets off furniture and beds, exercise pets outside, do not leave pets unattended, and clean up after your pet.
Departure Requirement-checkout time is 10am, prior to leaving please load and run dishwasher, close and lock all doors and windows, no need to make beds, place used towels on the bathroom floor, check all drawers and closets for personal items, return furniture to original location, turn off all interior and exterior lights, gas BBQ, etc, you may leave food in refrigerator, take out all trash and place in cans
