Appartamento molto ampio, ben disposto e adatto per soggiorni medio lunghi! Cucina attrezzata e molto ampia comodissima per cucinare! Disponibilità di parcheggio fuori casa (zona ztl solo in entrata in orario scolastico). C’è comunque disponibilità di parcheggio appena fuori la zona ztl a 2 min a piedi! Vicino a bar/pasticcerie e supermercati! Comodo appoggio per il nostro evento in zona! Disponibilità del proprietario su gestione check in e check out
Nota dolente, molto dolente nelle mie valutazioni dei soggiorni è la pulizia! Cucina mediamente pulita, alcune ante erano schizzate ed essendo bianco lucido era facilmente visibile. Pavimento sporco (peli e polvere in tutta la casa come se non fosse stata pulita dai precedenti soggiorni), pavimento quasi appiccicoso! Nota dolentissima il bagno! Piastrelle macchiate a lato del wc, piastrelle macchiate intorno al wc, presenza di articoli del soggiorno precedente! Per quanto l’alloggio ha molti punti di forza, la pulizia non mi farebbe tornare!
