La struttura si trova in un punto centrale della città, a circa 1 km dal museo piaggio. L'appartamento si trova all'interno di questo palazzo storico, con ascensore. L'appartamento essenziale nelle dimensioni è poi decisamente super accessoriato e confortevole. Lavastoviglie, macchina del caffe lavazza, forno, microonde, piano di cottura ad induzione, frigorifero e frezeer decisamente capienti. Aria condizionata sia nella camera che nel living. Camera e living con grande finestra che si affaccia proprio sulla piazza , appartamento curato nel dettaglio, pulitissimo, dotato anche di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Bagno cieco ma con aspirazione e molto spazioso. Proprietario super disponibile e gentile.

Gli affreschi, il panorama e la pulizia
Di notte si sente spesso il rumore dei tubi dell acqua , chiunque usi l’acqua passa dalla stanza da letto ed è un rumore continuo , la mattina essendo in centro si sentono i clacson dell auto quindi le finestre non sono molto isolanti.
