The property was very roomy and had what we needed during our stay. The air conditioning was very good during the hot days.
It was very inconvenient to have to go to a hotel to check in for the apartment that was a 10 minute walk away with luggage. After finding the exterior door and entering, we were confused trying to find the apartment inside. When we called to get assistance, the person couldn’t understand what we needed. We were surprised to read a sign inside that there would be a €50 charge for using the kitchen.

Wszystko było w porządku. Apartament był czysty, dobrze wyposażony i położony w dogodnej lokalizacji. Personel był uprzejmy i pomocny. Punkt zameldowania znajdował się około 5 minut jazdy samochodem od apartamentu, ale wiedzieliśmy o tym wcześniej, więc nie stanowiło to problemu. Ravenna to piękne miasto, w którym wciąż można poczuć klimat prawdziwych Włoch, których chcieliśmy doświadczyć.
Nie mamy istotnych zastrzeżeń. Wszystko przebiegło zgodnie z oczekiwaniami.
