Bush setting. Secure yard. Reasonably comfortable beds. Pro’s I didn’t back into the tree exiting the driveway. Cons there’s a giant tree in the driveway:)

There was a strong smell of cat urine through the house, especially in the bathroom. The floor felt a bit greasy. You couldn’t enjoy the view through the main window as they’re dirty. The base of the oven was coated in old food which nearly smoked us out on our first night when trying to use it. Fortunately on contacting the leasing agent they were able to send a cleaner around the next day to clean the oven. The cooking utensils were poorly arranged in the cupboards and there wasn’t a frypan. We had to use an old enamel cast iron pan which everything stuck to and we needed to clean it prior to use. Maybe the owner could update some of the pots, pans and utensils and give the cupboards and drawers a good clean out. According to the cleaner the past guests had placed the electric frypan in the dishwasher and stuffed it. The barbecue smelt of old seasoned meat and we couldn’t use as it looks like you need heat beads. It’s not a gas bottle type of barbecue. Some of the neighboring properties seemed a bit sketchy, but we didn’t encounter any problems.

The calm quite setting in the nature

Quiet with wildlife surrounding the area. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen.

Dirty under beds, hasn't been cleaned. Charged for breakage that I was not responsible for. Front porch not cleaned. No iron or ironing board. Staff did not answer calls, and being remote, not happy with no internet, as mobile data very spotty.
