About this house rental
Seaside Getaway located on the Southern end of Russell Island near Sandy Beach, offers short term stays. 4 nights MAX stay. x4 guests $100 for a couple in one room. For x2 rooms please advice as there is an additional fee.
Please discuss (email) with landlord if you have special circumstances that require longer ( 1 week max).
Bookings will not be accepted if no contact is recieved at the time of booking. please read my policies regarding pets, young children,additional guests, cleaning fees and travelling alone.
Property Description
Located on the Southern end of island near Sandy Beach, 8km from the ferry.
Peaceful, relaxing getaway. A short walk to Sandy Beach.
Full use of upstairs. X2 bedrooms with queen size beds. Linen, tea, coffee included.
Transport; unless you bring car on the barge we have taxi mini buses.
Beach is walking distance.
Tennis rackets supplied if you want a hit on our island courts located at the Northern end of island.
Wide concrete driveway.
CCTV security
Eateries; R.S.L, Bowls club both offer courtesy bus. Several cafes, kebab,pizza and fish n chip take, pizza, kebab take away. New Mediterranean restaurant.
Inter island Ferries are free.
Shopping; IGA, bakery, chemist, hairdresser, post office, Saturday markets. All located near the ferry.
Check in from 10am-6pm ( if you are checking in after 6pm please advise host) Check out by 9.30am on day of departure.

Max guests x4 (please make sure you have the correct number of guests when booking. should additional guests stay after your booking you will be charged a one off fee of $60 pp.

beautiful garden and outlook from the deck, the house is nice and comfortable but could definitely do with some TLC on some parts, on the whole it was clean and tidy and the host was delightful and friendly
