Atlanta

Location was amazing and the house itself was lovely and cozy. Plenty big enough to just sit and relax. Garden is a great size and lots of wildlife coming and going. Neighbours were friendly. Facilities were good. The TV had smart capabilities, sky TV and amazon fire stick. Wifi was strong and fast enough to deal with, a little lag here or there was expected. Plenty of towels were given also. We got a nice little welcome package with Buscuits, coffee, Tea and crisps in which was nice. Just a short trip down to Robins Hood Bay or whitby and they are both great places to visit. We really enjoyed the stay!

Our only complaints were cleanliness, communication and parking Cleanliness: Some plates and cutlery in the cupboards had dried food in them. I assume the cleaner thought they were clean and the previous stayers put them away like that. But it was simple enough to pop those in the dishwasher. Communication: In their defence, we booked last minute as a previous booking elsewhere was cancelled on us last minute. But we got way too many duplicate emails and when trying to contact them we only got a bot and never got through to a real person. So in the end we didn't connect with anyone but it didn't affect our stay. Parking: Since we only had 1 car we managed to park every time but sometimes a little ways down the road. There's only enough space for 4-5 cars on the road outside the house and was always 3-4 cars there already. Anyone bringing more than one car might struggle to find parking close by. Side note: This isn't a huge issue but the beds are all doubles and we're so used to a queen size that me and my partner took a separate bed each instead. Didn't bother us really but some larger beds would be a great addition.
