Safe and easy to get around

Power out for 24 hours but not the fault of property

Very clean and easy to Communicate with the host.

Nothing. All in prestine condition.

Easy to get into the unit once I found out how to get in. The unit had good value for the price we paid. Lots of space, good unit amenities. Quiet and relaxing. The Stayin app/web page was helpful. The actual area of Panorama is beautiful and is a great escape, not too far away.

The check in didn't flow as I expected. We went to the central check in before being told we didnt need to. The unit itself was a bit difficult to get all of our baggage to. Had to bring it up a bunch of stairs. No direct vehicle access. Not great lighting within the unit. The actual amenitinies at the resort weren't exactly as we expected. The lower gondola wasn't in service even though we anticipated it would be. We had to walk a long way (with children) to get to the main area of the resort and pool. The pool itself didn't have any attendant so we couldn't get let in (during regular hours). It appears there was a key card in our closet but we had no idea it was there/what it was for until we were packing up. During the morning of checkout, the Stayin web page didn't have all of the pages available so we were unable to tell what (if anything) we needed to do with garbage or recycling or any additional checkout details.

6’ max height parking garage so had to park on road. Our unit (800) was up 3 very long steep set of stairs from road. Had to carry all gear a loooong way. No mention of this until check in email day prior. We were on a road trip so no way to pivot
