Clean room with easy access to the hill. Kitchen is well stocked. Comfortable beds.

The fireplace did not work. The general condition of the premises was a hodgepodge of do it yourself, unprofessional repairs. Holes in the ceiling where light fixtures had been replaced, etc Several light switches that did nothing. The television worked well.
