Second time staying at Vuga! Location is absolutely perfect. Nice clean hostel. The staff were really helpful, assisting with my laundry and hanging it on the washing line to dry whilst I was out. Will definitely be back again!

Nice staff. Good location. Clean and comfortable.
Mediocre communication. Cost extra (tax). And staff told me different things (about late checkout). Bathroom could be cleaner.

I liked ** location, ** kitchen ** reception/cleaner staff member.
Was really hot and humid, fan did not work properly, beds have no light and only single plug, so when fan is plugged in, there is nowhere to charge my mobile. I did make a suggestion that we need hand washing soap in the toilet but no avail, unfortunately.
