Margret was lovely and very helpful organising a trip to the caves for me.
The room was big enough for me, the bed comfortable and the fan was enough to keep cool. Breakfast was good. The WiFi worked well.
A bit tricky to find but we got there with the help of locals. Maybe they could put up a sign?

Schöner Compound. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Gastgeber sehr sehr nett. Bett ist bequem und groß. Fühlt sich sehr sicher an. Leckeres Frühstück.
Viele Moskitos. Etwas außerhalb (daher auch ruhig). Toilette ein bisschen kaputt. Kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen, aber es ist sowieso sehr heiß dort, also kein großes Problem.

The kind staff.
There were several things that were annoying but they were not related to the facility or the staff. It was mostly internet and service provider related.

The property was easily accessible. I am travelling on a bicycle. It is extremely clean, well organized. The room has working AC, good toilet, a kitchen and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The price is also good.
