The villa is situated in a great location with an amazing sea view. It is not new, but it has undergone some renovation and isn't missing a thing. The villa is managed by a company from England, and for the first two days, it was very difficult to communicate with them. Later, after I sent several messages and emails, there was a significant improvement in communication, and every request received an immediate response and attention.

Some parts of the villa were not clean, and there was also a smell of smoke in one room. After we contacted the company
they sent a woman to clean; it was far from spotless, but still better than the initial condition.
I highly recommend replacing the cleaning company immediately.

Die gute Lage des Hauses und der herrliche Ausblick und die Ruhe waren sehr schön.
Ein Badezimmer war nicht zubenutzen ,das Wasser lief nicht ab.
