Villa Roya

The house was beautiful and luxurious. Everything you could think of you had and if you didn't you just needed to ask the property manager. We even scheduled massages at the house for all of us and they were great. I could have stayed another week if possible. Would definitely go back and most definitely refer to others.

I wish I would have know that there was a step decline in the drive way. It was a little scary. I also didn't expect it to be that far up the mountain. It was more than a 15 min walk to the marina. This might not matter to most people but I am an above the knee amputee and it was impossible for me to walk down the drive way and even more impossible to walk to the marina. So this might only be a me problem.

Überkomplett ausgestattete, traumhafte Villa (durch eine Mauer vom Nachbarobjekt getrennt) auf der Sonnenseite der Bucht, die Lage am Berg ist weit genug vom Partylärm in der Bucht entfernt und dennoch sind die Tavernen in einem kurzen Fußmarsch erreichbar (Taxi zurück den Berg hinauf). Reinigungsdienst und Poolservice alle drei Tage - sauberes Haus und einladender Pool. Management bei Fragen und Problemen kurzfristig erreichbar. Exzellente Klimatisierung, ausreichend Warmwasser, gute Betten und Küche voll ausgestattet.

Beschattung erfolgt nur mit mobilen Sonnenschirmen die vom Wind gefordert werden. Abenteuerliche Zufahrt aur das Grundstück und wenig Platz zum Umdrehen des Fahrzeuges. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes im September 2024 rege Bautätigkeit in der ganzen Umgebung.

View was good. Architecture was good. Sunshine all day and evening (not in shade in afternoon).

Too close to property next door (sound travels). Couldn’t eat outside for the wasps. The anti-slip coating on the pool tiles caused skin abrasions to the feet. Vehicle access was challenging and difficult to turn around.
