Vacation Home near Disney World!

The location, the size of the villa, the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner David, the easy access to the complex, 'Quiet time' (10pm to 6am) strictly adhered to by neighbours, the cleanliness, a good TV in each room (apart from kitchen and bathroom), good wireless Internet speeds parking for two large SUV's on the drive, the general feeling of peace and security in the complex. I could go on more but suffice to say that any future guests will be, as we've been for the last three weeks here, exttemely pleased with their choice.

Very little actually. The reliance on boiling water for hot drinks via a pan or kettle on the oven hob was troublesome but remedied by buying an electric kettle from Walmart - which we've left for future guests. That's all we didn't like. Minimal.

The house was beautiful... it was clean, comfortable and spacious. Great lighting, well stocked and centrally located near most everything someone visiting the Kissimmee/Orlando would need. The Villa itself... an added bonus... mini golf, pool, tiki bar, gym, arcade, gorgeous outside area with so much more for kids and adults to do. This place was perfect!

We loved the gated community the property was located on. Security was so friendly every day and it made us feel very safe. The property itself is big, pool is also big enough. Brilliant location for any of the bigger theme parks. we will definitely return here if we one day return to Orlando 🥳

I liked the size of the house and the facilities on site. It was very clean and comfortable. The facilities like the big pool and the games around it were great.

My main issue is the half-truths/omissions in the listing. 1.) There's no mention of needing to pay $25 per car for a gate key card. Not a deposit. You don't get that back despite returning the card. This should be in the listing. 2.) The listing says 'heated pool' and I'm 85% sure there is no heating in the pool at the house. The owner told me it had broken that week (conveniently the day my payment was made), but there was absolutely no evidence of it being heated - no switches or instructions on how to work it anywhere. Not in the fuse box....pretty sure it was a flat out lie and they can say they meant the pool in the main club is heated. But I don't know. 3.) The listing says 'toiletries included.' This was completely false. There was one small hand soap in the bathrooms and that's it. No shampoo or conditioner or anything else. 4.) Very minimal supplies. Not enough toilet paper, dish soap, no coffee or tea or even salt or pepper. We had to buy everything m
