It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The resort facilities were great for what we wanted and all staff were friendly and helpful.
There is nothing to say here, the property was well maintained.

The property provided an excellent base for an epic Two-week theme park heavy trip. It was clean and tidy when we arrived, spacious and felt secure within the Terra Verde resort. The host was communicative although I would have appreciated a confirmation of our stay a few weeks before we travelled.
Our only gripe was that there was too few drinking glasses, limited cutlery and no tea spoons. The kitchen equipment was limited, but sufficient for basic meals.

Casa ampla. Piscina aquecida. Condomínio seguro e bem cuidado.
Pouca roupa de banho e roupa de cama.
Roupa de banho rasgada e rota.
Sabonetes, detergentes e papel higiênico em pouca quantidade para atender os primeiros dias de estadia.
Cama de um dos quartos estava instável e fazia barulho quando me mexia.
Mobiliário e colchões muito usados, precisando ser reciclados, o que não passa uma situação acolhedora.

The property was spacious and very clean. The staff was amazing!
Wasn’t much we didn’t like just a couple of small issues. It’s a heated pool, only problem was there was nothing telling us how to put it on. Great thing was anytime I had to write or call them the issue was taken care of right away. They really didn’t have any towels there, we actually had to buy some just to have enough for showers.
