The location the home itself
Certain situations but came to a settlement,, Clean for the most part floors not sweept and moped the best but I understand it's a Beach home

Great floor plan, spacious and comfortable! Every possible convenience you could need is provided. Love the kitchen! The outdoor living space is great for hanging out, outdoor cooking, watching the game, or enjoying the cowboy jacuzzi under the stars. The backyard is securely fenced for privacy and the safety and enjoyment of kids and pets. House is located on a quiet street. Definitely making this our home-away-from-home!
