The free Summit County Stage bus service, that serves all the ski resorts, bus stop is just 2 blocks away. How do you say incredible? This curated interior design, 1,146 sq ft., 2/2 condo comes with all needed living comforts; linens, towels, all kitchen utensils, coffee grinder, coffee maker, (no Kuerig), ice maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, tile entry, kitchen and bath, wood floors in living area and carpeted bedrooms. Take the elevator from the heated garage at lobby level to your top floor unit. No one is above you. There is a king bed in the over-sized master and 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both baths are ensuite. You don't come to the mountains to cook but the fully equipped modern kitchen will inspire your kitchen creativity. 55" Smart tv in the living area with streaming services, plus a tv in each bedroom. Easy to use gas fireplace keeps the living room cozy warm. Vessel sinks in the baths and tiled showers. In unit washer and dryer. The photos show you what a great value this COndo is. The building has an indoor heated pool, spa, sauna, ski lockers and heated garage. On-site office manger. This is a flexible ski season rental from Jan. 1 to April 15, 2026 with a 30 DAY MINIMUM. Price reduction to $150 per day, plus VRBO fee, for 60 day or more rental. CHRISTMAS WEEK can ONLY be added to Jan. rental. You'll have a parking space in the heated garage with additional surface parking next to building. NO smoking on the property and no pets allowed. Unit may not be sublet. This is not a run-down short term rental, it is my home and you can make it yours to ski Summit county.

Summit & Eagle Co. ski areas are my favorite places to ski and the condo meets all my requirements. Convenient to all local amenities, good food, comfort, killer view, good tv for gaming & movies & 8 world class ski mountains within an hour's drive. Parking is a bit tight but the elevator more than makes up for that. I enjoyed my stay very much.
