About this house rental
Good transportation access to Losheim and its reservoir. The well-known hiking trails—the Hunsrück-Höhensteig and the Tafeltour—are easily accessible from the vacation home.
The vacation home is located just 3 km from the Losheim Reservoir and many hiking trails in the Hochwald. It is 8 km to the Saar Loop and the outdoor pool in Mettlach, and 10 km to the treetop trail and Monclair Castle
Anita Guesthouse:
This detached vacation home is situated in a very quiet location on the edge of the forest and offers our guests a magnificent view of the Saar Valley.
The house has a very nice, practical layout for two guests. An additional guest has a cozy little retreat in the basement.
As soon as you enter, you’ll find yourself in the large living and dining room with an open, fully equipped kitchen. From the large corner windows, you can enjoy a unique panoramic view. From the dining room, you can step directly onto the breakfast and sun terrace.
On the same level are the bedroom and a separate restroom. A newly renovated bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower is located in the basement.

On-site costs: Payment should be made at least 5 days before arrival via bank transfer to the following account: erfolgen.In Exceptional cases, cash payment on site is possible. In the event of a cancellation, fees based on the total price will be charged as follows.14 days before arrival: no charge; 7 days before arrival: 50% of the booking amount; 2 days before arrival: 90% of the booking amount. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight.Check-out is possible from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are provided by placing them in a key safe; the access code will be provided to you upon booking. Pets are not allowed. A crib/extra bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). Included in the base price are: towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and parking. Discounts on nightly rates for longer stays are available upon request.
