Welcome to Apartment 05 for your vacation in the heart of Binz! This comfortable 3-room apartment on the first floor measures approximately 63 square meters and features a furnished balcony that catches the midday sun.
The spacious and extremely cozy living/dining area, with its open kitchen and adjoining balcony, is perfect for simply unwinding, reading, watching a good movie, cooking, playing games…—simply enjoying a pleasant and relaxed time. The amenities include a large flat-screen TV, a DVD/CD player, and free Wi-Fi.
The open kitchen not only looks chic but is also fully equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary accessories. In addition to a ceramic cooktop with an oven and range hood, you’ll find a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, among other items. The nearest bakery, where you can pick up fresh breakfast rolls, is just a three-minute walk away.
You can enjoy your meals wherever you like—at the large dining table in the living room or, of course, outside on the balcony in the fresh Baltic Sea air. A parasol provides shade here if needed.
Your temporary home has two separate bedrooms. Each is equipped with a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a closet for your vacation wardrobe. The windows can be darkened with exterior roller shutters. One of the bedrooms has an additional TV and an en suite bathroom with a tub; the second bedroom has a bathroom with a shower.
Good to know:
• A parking space is reserved for you free of charge in the courtyard
• Bicycle parking is available in the basement
• There is a communal sauna (coin-operated) in the basement of Villa Hansa
• In the laundry room in the basement, there are coin-operated washing and drying machines available for shared use
Apartment 5 is designed for up to 4 vacationers. There is also space for an optional travel crib for children. Upon prior notice and for a fee, your well-behaved dog is also welcome to join you on vacation. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
