Schwarzes Moor - Habelberg Apartments

Bright, modern attic apartment that underwent a complete renovation in 2024. The apartment is approximately 70 square meters in size and features a bedroom with a large double bed without a footboard (200x200 cm) with an adjoining storage closet and a large TV, a spacious bathroom with a rain shower, and an inviting living-dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchenette and a sleeper sofa. There is also a balcony facing southwest. The apartment has underfloor heating and a large satellite TV.



The building is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of town. A bakery with an attached café, as well as a supermarket and a restaurant, are all within walking distance.
The building and the apartments were completely renovated in 2024. The apartments are located in the attic and feature bright, spacious, and modern designs. Both apartments offer a wonderful view of the Habelberg.
It offers a wonderful starting point for excursions to the Rhön Biosphere Reserve with its star park, the Red and Black Moors, and many interesting sights, such as the Fladungen Open-Air Museum, the artists’ village of Kleinsassen, or the Wasserkuppe.



On-site fees: A 20% deposit is charged upon booking; the balance is due 14 days before arrival via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. A travel crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). A tourist tax of €1 per night per adult applies. This is not included in the apartment price and must be paid on-site. Included in the base price (towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, etc.)



Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 11:00.
