We live in the center of Hilders, yet it’s in a quiet location. There’s a
pharmacy and various shopping options here, all within walking distance. About 100 meters
away, there’s a pizzeria, an ice cream shop, and a restaurant. There are several playgrounds
as well as a mini-golf course. The Ulsterwelle invites you to swim or enjoy the sauna in any
weather.
Nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy throughout the year thanks to the beautiful landscape
. Countless hiking trails (such as the “Der Hilderser” special tour) and bike paths
(e.g., the Milseburg Bike Path, which connects Hilders to Fulda; the highlight of the route is the 1,172
m-long Milseburg Tunnel) offer a wide range of options. In addition, there are several
downhill ski slopes and cross-country trails available in winter.
The popular destinations Wasserkuppe, Kreuzberg, and Milseburg are about
20 minutes away by car.
The Baroque city of Fulda, home to a cathedral, is 30 km away and always worth a visit.

Our cozy and well-maintained vacation apartment is located in the center of Hilders, on
the 1st floor of our house, and can accommodate up to 5 people. It measures 100 m²
plus a balcony and is fully furnished. There are 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m
Room 2: Box-spring bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m
Room 3: Bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m (though, of course, two children can also share this bed)
as well as a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Free Wi-Fi is, of course,
available. You’re welcome to store any bicycles or motorcycles you bring with you in our lockable
garage. There is also an electrical outlet there for charging e-bikes. A
parking space for vehicles is also available. Bed linens, towels, and utilities are
included.
On-site costs: A 20% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out is available between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed.A tourist tax of 1 € per person per night will be charged in addition on-site.
