The apartment was beautiful and convenient to Espace Charenton. The bed is especially comfortable and the view of the cloister pretty. However, the tub was VERY difficult to get in and out of- scraped myself a few times. I do not recommend for smaller folks or anyone with disabilities. There was also a playground right outside the window- on the first day there was nearly constant screaming children all day. It was though very quiet at night and the neighborhood is very safe. The M6 is convenient directly to the Eiffel Tower. The toilet is old and takes very long to fill, which would be a problem if you have multiple people. I didn’t use the kitchen much. But looked like it had all the necessities. I was busy so didn’t really notice, but there is no tv, just to be aware. I loved the living room sitting area, a nice place to relax. The fridge was not clean, a bit broken, and did not get very cold in the heatwave. Apartment did not have A/C, but was okay with a fan. There was an elevator, which I appreciated! If you’re coming from the metro, turn on rue de Capri and follow the road to rue de Madagascar. I had trouble finding it without wifi.
