Our comfortable vacation home in Lichtenberg is located just about 400 meters from Frankenwaldsee and right on the edge of the forest. Set on a spacious lot of about 900 m², you’ll enjoy plenty of privacy, nature, and tranquility. At the same time, the historic town of Lichtenberg, the romantic Höllental Valley, and the spa town of Bad Steben are all within easy reach.

Whether it’s a hiking vacation, a wellness getaway, a family vacation, a vacation with your dog, a cycling vacation, a mountain biking vacation, or simply a relaxing break from everyday life—the Auszeit vacation home is a wonderful starting point for your vacation in the Franconian Forest in Bavaria, no matter the season.

Our cozy vacation home in Lichtenberg features approximately 80 m² of living space, two sleeping areas, and a spacious outdoor area.

The heart of the house is the cozy living area with a fireplace and satellite TV. After a long day of hiking, you can make yourself comfortable here by a crackling fire. A bundle of firewood is already included.

The new outdoor sauna with a separate sauna terrace offers a special opportunity to relax. After a sauna session, you can relax on the terrace and enjoy the tranquility of nature.

The solar-powered shower can be used during the frost-free months.

The vacation home features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a large garden, offering comfort in every season.

Another patio is located right next to the outdoor sauna. There you’ll find sun loungers and a parasol.

A side staircase leads directly from the living area to the upper floor with a loft.
