About this villa rental
The house is located in a scrubland environment on the heights of the village of Beaumettes towards Gordes (view of the Luberon in the center of the golden triangle) in the Vaucluse (84).

House built in 2018, surface area dedicated to rental of 100 m2, fully air-conditioned, south facing.
Covered terrace of 17m² with plancha and table 4 chairs.
Terrace of 24 m² sheltered by a wrought iron arbour with 2 sofas + coffee table.
2 covered parking spaces.
- An adult bedroom of 14m²: bed of 180/200 (white/smoke green color)
- An 11 m² child/adult bedroom: 2 beds of 80/200 that can be transformed into a bed of 160 (grey and blue) with a mattress topper.
- Living room of 60m² comprising:
Living-dining room: Leather sofa. Lower living room with 116 cm flat screen TV, surround sound. Large dining table + 4 chairs.
Open plan kitchen with 4 high chairs + wine cellar + built-in fridge.
In the cellar, 9 kg washing machine and water softener + American refrigerator
- Bathroom (6m²): Very comfortable Italian shower, double sink with large mirror.
- Separate toilet.
- Swimming pool (8x4) + a beach (2x2) about 20 cm of water equipped with an electric shutter.
Covered arbour of 14 m², 2 deckchairs + 2 deck chairs, water play box + extra parasol.
- Petanque court (loan of bowls possible).
- ping-pong table.
Equipment:
- Equipped kitchen: induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker + Nespresso - espresso grinder, tellière, toaster, blender. A Babycook, a travel cot, can be lent on request.
- The beds are all equipped with a mattress protector and pillows and are made on arrival.
Discreet presence of the couple of owners in adjoining outbuilding without visual on the house and swimming pool reserved for holidaymakers, access to the separate land, pool maintenance assured. Our cat can walk in the garden*****
Possibility of childcare and organization of hiking or mountain biking from the house.
The validation of reservations will be carried out after mandatory telephone, whatsapp or email exchange.
Additional information on fees: The cleaning package is valid for the entire stay (bed linen, dust, glazing, daily swimming pool).

After selling our house in which we had received holidaymakers for 8 years, it was important to us to repeat the experience in a new villa recently built located in an even more pleasant environment.
Having fallen in love with our region in 2002, it is full of sites to visit where the beauty, smells and calm of Provence take on its full meaning. We love hiking and cycling tours from home and more particularly sharing them with those around us.
The house is ideally located in the heart of the triangle of sites to visit = Gordes, Bonnieux, Oppède le vieux, l'Isle sur la Sorgue, Roussillon, Rustrel... La dolce vita in Provençal fashion!
