The vacation rental is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Dautphetal-Friedensdorf and is located on the upper floor of our home.
Friedensdorf is a district of the municipality of Dautphetal in the Marburg-Biedenkopf district of Central Hesse.
The village is located about 12 km west of Marburg and about 6 km south of Biedenkopf, in the picturesque Lahn Valley, surrounded by extensive forests.
Just 100 meters from the vacation rental, you’ll find the Lahnhöhenweg trail.
You can also “experience” nature by bike. The Lahntal Radweg bike path runs through Friedensdorf. It’s only 39 km to the source of the Lahn.
It’s not just the roughly 1,350 residents of Friedensdorf who appreciate the excellent infrastructure.
The train station in Friedensdorf is a central hub for both local and long-distance travel.
The Fratelli restaurant is just 200 meters from the vacation rental.
In a central location, about 2 km away, you’ll find:
Rewe / Aldi / Lidl, Eckhardt Bakery with a breakfast café, a pharmacy, Sparkasse / V+R Bank, and a gas station.



Brälu vacation rental with loggia and balcony:

Built in 2021, this vacation rental measures 85 square meters.
The living room is the highlight. It is furnished with a 3-seater and a 2-seater sofa with a table, plus a dresser, bookcase, and sideboard. A TV, radio, and Wi-Fi are also available. The balcony is furnished with chairs and tables for a cozy stay.
The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, waffle maker, blender, other kitchen utensils, a dining table, 4 chairs, and a “coffee corner” with 2 stools.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed, 2 nightstands, a closet, and a dresser.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a double bed, 2 nightstands, and a closet. High-quality mattresses provide a comfortable night’s sleep.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink with vanity cabinet/mirror and tall cabinet, as well as a hair dryer.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.



On-site fees: 1. Payment Terms: A 20% deposit is required. The balance is due 21 days prior to arrival. Payment must be made via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice. For last-minute bookings, payment must be made in cash upon arrival. The landlord reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement in the event of late payment. 2. Cancellation: 20% of the rent is due up to 60 days before the start of the rental period. For cancellations made later, up to the start of the rental period, 90% of the rent is due. The tenant has the right to find a replacement tenant who will take over the rental property in its entirety. For this, a processing fee of €50.00 may be charged at the landlord’s discretion. 3. Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM / Check-out by 10:00 AM (or by arrangement) 4. Keys will be handed over directly at the property. 5. Pets are not allowed. 6. A crib is available upon request. 7. The price includes: electricity, water, heat, parking, Wi-Fi, and final cleaning. Bed linens and towels are provided and are also included in the price. Use of the washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board, is also possible by arrangement.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
