Enjoy a stress-free and relaxing vacation in a vacation home that has been lovingly renovated from the ground up, right in the heart of Rheinhessen.
The vacation home is located on the outskirts of a small wine-growing village and has a separate entrance.
Outside, you can park your vehicle in a small courtyard, which also features a wallbox should you be arriving in an electric car.
Bicycle storage is also available, and there are two charging stations for batteries right in the hallway behind the front door.
You can set out on foot or by bike directly from the vacation home and find yourself among fields and vineyards within just a few minutes. Most of the paths are paved, and you can decide at any time which direction to take and which interesting, signposted spot to visit.
Here in town, you’ll find a wine bar where you can enjoy a good glass of wine as well as one or two local specialties.
Our region offers several local culinary surprises, such as Backesgrumbeere, Zwiwwelkuche, and much more.
Many of our wineries and the local winegrowers’ cooperative are sure to tempt you to stop by for a visit or even a small wine testing.
You’ll also find a hair salon, a small pizzeria, and a horse ranch right here in town.
In the town of Alzey, about 3 km away, you’ll find doctors, pharmacies, and a hospital. A wide range of dining options, shopping opportunities, and an attractive townscape make it well worth a visit.
Our town has a train station where you can catch hourly trains to Mainz, Worms, or Bingen.
Just a few kilometers away, you’ll find the A61 and A63 highways, which allow you to explore many attractions within a roughly 1-hour radius. Whether it’s a boat ride on the Rhine, forest hikes, castle tours, or much more.

The vacation home is rented exclusively for tourist purposes. Use as housing for construction workers or laborers is strictly prohibited. Any such bookings will be canceled by the landlord.
Hammerstein Vacation Home:
After a wonderful day, a fully equipped modern kitchen awaits you in our vacation home, where you’ll have everything you need to prepare a delicious breakfast, a tasty lunch, or a hearty snack—all of which you can enjoy in the cozy atmosphere of the adjoining dining room. This room is also perfect for fun game nights.
The living room features a large sofa set that invites you to spend a cozy evening watching TV after an eventful day, pick up a good book, use the internet, or simply relax in this spacious oasis of comfort. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant respite from the heat on hot days.
Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms: one furnished with a 2x2-meter double bed and the other with a 1.80 x 2-meter box-spring bed. Each bedroom has a spacious closet. Both rooms are equipped with window screens and air conditioning, so you can look forward to a peaceful and comfortable night’s sleep.
A well-equipped bathroom with a double sink, toilet, and shower, as well as an utility room with a washer and dryer, are also located on the upper floor.

The property is fully fenced.
Our accommodations are generally intended only for vacation and leisure guests. Requests for overnight stays related to professional activities (e.g., technicians, sales representatives, etc.) must be expressly requested in advance by prospective bookers and expressly confirmed by us. Unless expressly confirmed otherwise, a contract confirmation is provided only on the condition that the overnight stay is not related to professional activities. We therefore reserve the right, in the event of a failure to submit, an incomplete, or a false prior explicit request, to exercise our rights and to contest or terminate a contract and to claim damages.
On-site costs: A 25% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on site. You may check in between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times can be arranged with us in advance. Please contact us in a timely manner if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. If you use the wallbox, electricity consumption will be recorded via a separate meter and billed on the day of departure. A baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. Our vacation home is a smoke-free property. Please provide us with an email address so we can send you the invoice. Minimum stay: 2 nights Maximum stay: 4 weeks
