The outdoor area is equipped with patio furniture, lounge chairs and chairs with cushions, an umbrella, and a charcoal grill. The 56-square-meter terrace is fully fenced.
High-quality apartment for up to 4 people. You enter the apartment through a hallway with an antique mosaic floor dating from the turn of the century; it is bright, with high ceilings accented by stucco, and very stylishly furnished.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a very large living room with a sofa, armchairs, and an ottoman.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, fridge-freezer combo, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
The dining room opens directly onto the large outdoor terrace, which is completely fenced in. The bathroom, featuring a 1.5 x 1.5 m shower, a wheelchair-accessible vanity unit, and a modern toilet, is fully accessible. A vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, dog blanket, and dog bowl are, of course, included in the apartment.
Underfloor heating for the cold season and concrete core cooling in the summer ensure guests enjoy absolute comfort year-round, powered by photovoltaic energy and geothermal heat for heating and air conditioning—sustainable and emission-free. A washing machine, dryer, and sink are available in the apartment’s utility room.
Miscellaneous: A charging station powered by the photovoltaic system is available for electric vehicles. Bicycles and e-bikes can be safely stored and charged in a separate room.

Our dog-friendly vacation rental warmly welcomes both two-legged and four-legged guests! Not only will you enjoy a relaxing vacation here—your dog will also have a great time. Five individually and tastefully furnished vacation apartments and one vacation home can accommodate couples, families, or groups of up to 8 people. Dogs are welcome; a dog shower with hot water and drying towels is available for them. Each apartment features a private terrace, a garden, or a balcony. Outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, and chairs with cushions, a parasol, and a charcoal grill are provided for the outdoor area.
A charging station powered by our solar panel system is available for electric vehicles. Bicycles and e-bikes can be safely stored and charged in a separate room.
Relax in the Wellness Barn Our vacation home is complemented by a 750 m² spa resort. It has everything to make your stay unforgettable and unique. Our wellness barn features a saltwater pool measuring 8 m x 3.75 m with a depth of 1.55 m, which is heated to 28 degrees year-round.
There is also a large sauna that accommodates up to 10 people, a shower with a waterfall feature and a Kneipp shower, as well as a lovely relaxation room for cold days.
Hot tub for up to 8 people Outside the wellness barn is a covered, south-facing hot tub with air and massage jets for up to 8 people, surrounded by a large garden lounge area for rest and relaxation.
On-site fees: A 20% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due via bank transfer no later than 2 weeks before arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is required by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over contactlessly via a key box. Pets are allowed for a fee of 30€ per stay.
