The 120 m² apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house. The apartment is equipped as follows: 2 bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200). 2 bathrooms with showers (one at ground level), heated towel racks, and a hair dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with a fully automatic coffee machine. A sunroom serving as a dining room with a view of the greenery and a living room with access to the patio, which features patio furniture, a large umbrella, and a kettle grill. The apartment has a separate ground-level entrance and a parking space right next to the house. Bedding, towels, and internet access (Wi-Fi) are included in the price.



On-site costs: A 30% deposit will be charged immediately after booking. The remaining 70% must be paid up to one week before arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Any applicable fees (washing machine)
