About this apartment rental
The "Haus Nahetal" vacation rental invites you to relax in a very quiet location overlooking the edge of the forest. It also offers a panoramic view of Gonnesweiler and the Nahe Valley, where the “Nahe” River flows from its source in Selbach through Gonnesweiler to Bingen, where it empties into the Rhine. The vacation rental includes a garden, which can be used for barbecues and for the children to play. In about 5 minutes, you can reach Lake Bostal, which offers a wide range of activities such as water sports, hiking, biking, and walking, or you can stop for a bite to eat at one of the restaurants around the lake. By car, you can reach Türkismühle in 4 minutes, where you’ll find shopping, a pharmacy, a doctor’s office, and a post office. The train station is also nearby. The surrounding area offers many destinations and activities, such as biking, swimming at one of the two outdoor pools at Lake Bostal, or at the “Schaumbergbad” indoor pool in Theley. You can reach the county seat of Sankt Wendel by car or train in about 20 minutes.
Haus Nahetal:
Our house can accommodate 1–6 people on a single floor. The cozy living room, featuring a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and access to the balcony, invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and filter coffee maker, leaves nothing to be desired. Younger guests can keep themselves entertained in the playroom next to the kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, bidet, toilet, and sink. There is also a separate toilet with a sink and urinal. The vacation home has 3 bedrooms with one double bed, two single beds, and a bunk bed. The dining room, newly furnished in 2022, rounds out the overall picture. A washing machine is available in the basement for a fee to wash your clothes. A small freezer is also available for your use in the basement. Especially in the summer, you can enjoy relaxing evenings by Lake Bostal or have barbecues in our garden. Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited inside the house, apartment, or on the balcony. You can use the parking space in front of the house and Wi-Fi free of charge. If you’re arriving by bicycle or motorcycle, we offer a garage for secure parking of these vehicles.
On-site costs: A deposit equal to 100% of the total price may be charged immediately after booking. Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer; checks are not accepted. Check-in is available from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., or by arrangement.Check-out is from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM, or by arrangement. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. A security deposit of 300 € is required in advance via bank transfer. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A baby crib can be provided upon request. The visitor’s tax of 0.50 € per person (ages 3 and up) per night will be charged additionally on-site. A high chair, a grill grate, and use of the washing machine can be booked upon request for a fee immediately after booking. A fee of €20 is due upon arrival for the use of an additional bedroom.
