What a townhouse! A townhouse is preferable to a condo, in that it functions more as a single family home. This townhouse has three levels - 3 bedrooms plus a den/4th bedroom, 2 1/2 baths. Sleeps up to 14 in all here. You occupy all three floors which means that there are no noisy footsteps overhead. Your entrance and your garage are private for this unit only. No sharing!
This townhouse has all of the amenities that you need and expect in a newer construction family vacation rental, including all the upgrades and luxuries like a big screen LCD HDTV in the living room, Comcast cable and wireless internet, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, etc., etc. Light, bright, and very spacious.

Overall we loved our stay and this townhouse! The description was what we got! Perfect location to beach and boardwalk especially for families with little ones! So convenient not having to drive as everything is right there for you! Our absolute only dislike was upon arrival the house was not cleaned. Floors were very dirty and our kids legs and feet were black from crawling and walking. We had to mop right away! Notified management right away the following morning and never received an email back!

We loved the location...no road to cross to get to the beach and the boardwalk. It would have been helpful to note on the listing that check-in must be between 12:00-4:00pm at the realty office. We weren't able to arrive that early and that caused some issues. Thankfully, they were able to get us our code and we just had to go back on Saturday to get our parking passes.
The photos on the listing didn't match up with the bed information once we got the contract from the realty company. There are actually: two rooms with queen beds, one room with two full size beds, and one room with a queen size bed and a bunk bed (twin over full size). We also didn't know from the listing that we would have to provide our own towels and linens.
The place was quite clean and had great space for our group of 10. We would stay here again.

Overall the rental was acceptable. It was clean and in a good location to the broad walk. However, the garages provided were an issue. The larger one was extremely difficult to park my Subaru outback and the second one could not be used to park the other two cars due to it’s size. Two tops to the bed posts would not stay on the bed posts and the kitchen table was unstable due to loose screws on all 4 legs. There were no additional plastic garbage bags provided. However, we did make some new fond memories and overall we had a great vcation
