About this villa rental
The 7 Bedroom Villas with ensuite bathrooms have each a private Pool and are a 3000 sq. ft. private villas with both a spacious garden offering a pool with lounge chairs, furnished shaded terrace with lounge set, dining set and built-in charcoal BBQ: ideal for outside lounging, relaxing and dining. The Villas are located at Merlot Villas Aruba. In the garden wall between the Villas is also a door so the both gardens are easily accessible from the other villa.
To ensure everybody gets to enjoy their stay at Merlot Villas, we ask you kindly to respect the following rules:
- for safety and security reasons we need to know how many persons are staying in the Villa. Please make sure that you communicated that.
- Quiet Hours after 10PM: Loud talking, parties in the garden & terraces, loud televisions or other devices should be kept quiet after 10PM. Feel free to close the doors & windows in order to keep the noise at a minimum. We thank you for respecting the local residence living with family & children.
- Smoking inside the villa is prohibited. However feel free to smoke outside in the garden.
- If you are planning to do parties/events, please request us for permission.
- Merlot Villas is located within a small gated community but for your safety and for the safety of our community we have a camera system that records and files in case of incidents. These cameras are not pointed on any private areas.
- The water/electricity usage is also included in the price up to US$50 a day. This amount is more than sufficient when using the air conditioning wisely, meaning; keeping windows and doors closed when turning the AC on and turning the AC off when leaving the villa. We will monitor it and warn you when overusing so you can adjust.
- Children up to 2 years of age stay for free (baby cribs and chairs available upon request).

The property was clean and the description was as advertised. Location was a short walk to the beach and to local restaurants/bars. An excellent place to stay!!!!

Very nice house! Was very accommodating to us. Our group was there for a wedding and was much more affordable than a resort! We were still very close to all the resorts, 5-10 car ride. 15-20 walk (very safe and doable) Frank was who I was in communication with and was very helpful! 11/10

Aruba is an amazing island,But a day to stay and relax by the pool with friends and family is also what this home provides, steps away from a great grocery store keeps the fridge stocked. 15 min walk to palm beach area.Adds to the experience Frank was amazing and attentive,He just added another level to an amazing vacation….. till next time!!
