Somewhat rundown and not clean. Streaming on tv didn’t work for a day and a half. Picture is deceiving. No carpets as shown in the picture. Broken door where washer and dryer is. No regular coffee pot only left 3 pods for us to use. Very noisy. People above us must have small children. Running back and forth all night no elevator. Expensive for what you get. Great location
$$$$
