Villa du Pin is located on the heights of Calvi, in a quiet neighborhood less than a kilometer from downtown and the beaches.
Fully air-conditioned, the house was completely renovated in 2025 to become the ideal setting for vacations with family or friends, and can accommodate up to 10 people.
Just a 15-minute walk from the center of Calvi and the beaches, the house offers a beautiful view of the citadel.
Situated on a private 1000m2 plot, the house offers parking for four vehicles.

On the first floor, the entrance opens onto :
- separate WC.
- a master bedroom with Queen-size bed (160*200), bathroom with shower, 109cm TV, safe and dressing room.
- a 46m2 living room with a large lounge equipped with a 155cm TV, sound bar and DVD player, a dining area for 10 people that opens onto both the fitted kitchen and the covered terrace.
- The fully-equipped kitchen features a large ceramic hob with integrated hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, US fridge, wine cellar, two Nespresso and Senseo coffee machines, kettle, toaster, slicer, food processor, pressure cooker, rice cooker, juicer...
Adjoining the kitchen, the laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
All equipment is brand new.
- the 55m2 covered terrace includes a dining room for 10 people, a large corner lounge and a WEBER gas barbecue-plancha.
- the 8x4 saltwater swimming pool, which can be heated, is surrounded by a 56 m2 beach and equipped with 6 deckchairs and a large parasol.
- to the side, a small 8x3m petanque court completes the ensemble.

Upstairs, the staircase leads to :
- two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160*200) and a dressing room.
- two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90*200) that can be converted into a king-size bed (180*200), and a dressing room.
- a bathroom with double washbasin and walk-in shower (90*120).
- bathroom with single washbasin and bathtub.
- a separate toilet.

A cot and high chair are available.

The whole house is covered by WIFI with an internet subscription (fiber). The two TVs provide access to TNT channels via the internet and to the Canal Plus package.

A deposit of €2,000 is required on arrival. This will be returned to you at the end of your stay after the house has been cleaned and checked.

A compulsory cleaning fee of €200 is payable on arrival.

Linen is provided. During the low season (excluding July and August), a fee of €30 per room may be applied for rentals of less than 7 days.

- April 1 to 30: €350 per night. Minimum of 7 nights per stay from April 4 to 25 and 5 nights per stay for the rest of the month.
- May 1 to 12: €375 per night. Minimum of 5 nights per stay.
- May 13 to 17: €425 per night. Minimum of 5 nights per stay.
- Period from May 18 to 31: €400 per night. Minimum of 5 nights per stay.
- Period from June 1 to 15: €450 per night. Minimum of 5 nights per stay.
- Period from June 16 to 30: €500 per night. Minimum of 7 nights per stay.
- Period from July 1 to 15: €650 per night. Minimum of 7 nights per stay, from Saturday to Saturday.
- Period from July 16 to 31: €750 per night. Minimum of 7 nights per stay, from Saturday to Saturday.
- Period from August 1 to 15: €750 per night. Minimum of 7 nights per stay, from Saturday to Saturday.
- Period from August 15 to 31: €650 per night. Minimum of 7 nights per stay, from Saturday to Saturday.
- Period from September 1 to 15: €500 per night. Minimum of 7 nights per stay.
- Period from September 16 to 30: €450 per night. Minimum of 5 nights per stay.
- Period from October 1 to 15: €400 per night. Minimum of 5 nights per stay.
- Period from October 16 to 31: €350 per night. Minimum of 5 nights per stay.
