House full of charm inside with its antique furniture or outside, with a private garden with many trees with several hundred year old olive trees.
In a one hectare park, a small irrigation canal and a pond bring freshness and allow the watering of domestic animals (equines, ducks, pigeons, ...) and wild animals (turtledoves, waders, seagulls ,. ..)
Close to the city center, CLOS SAN MICHELE leans against the maquis.
The shops at 500m, the beach at 800m can do without a car.
You can travel light since we will pick you up at CALVI airport 7 minutes away.
Ideal house for several generations, the reception of a baby (allow 110 € for installation) of an elderly or disabled person.
Air-conditioned rooms with many facilities for relaxation: SPA, small space for bodybuilding, Arbor under vines, barbecue, banners on terraces.
End of stay cleaning is included, your beds are made up for your arrival and a meal awaits you for your first dinner.
You can arrive at the CLOS any day of the week, except high season and at any time: we will keep the luggage that you will find in your villa at 5 p.m.
Facilities: 120 m², living room with 65-inch screen and Harman KARDON 5.1 home theater and stove, desk with computer and printer (on request), dining room, separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and WC , a bedroom with a shower room, a WC and a large disabled accessible shower.

Other services on site with a 10 to 20% discount for our tenants: breakfast service (you will collect your boiled eggs yourself, babysitting for less than three hours).
A 30% deposit is required to hire the rental.
