Our time at Chatham Charm was absolutely amazing. Although it was a chilly windy, rainy weekend we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was a perfect place for a weekend together with our three adult daughters. The location is very convenient and an easy walk to the pier and all the shops and restaurants. The home was very clean and well stocked. And the porches! Oh, the beautiful porches! They were our favorite place to hang out, especially the back porch with the bed swing! Joy was so helpful and responsive throughout the whole process!We would definitely choose to come back to Chatham Charm again in the future!

It is difficult to review our stay as we ended up with an unforeseen complication with the house upon arrival. Chatham Charm is beautiful and the 3 screened porches were a hit with my 4-year old grandson. It is a great location in regards to the beach on the intracoastal, which we term "Little Tybee". Unfortunately we had to be relocated to a different rental. Joy was very responsive about finding one in less than 24-hours. We appreciate her attentiveness to the situation. While we ended up further from the beach, the second rental, Blue Moon Cottage, was clean, the beds very comfortable and the decor adorable. Tybee has been a beach vacation spot for us over the years and we will be back.
