This gracious southern home is over 100 years old is a block away from the ocean on South beach, near the Pier. Capture the ocean breezes on the huge screen porch that features both an eating area and a living area. 4 Bedrooms sleep 12 in beds. Pet friendly with prior approval & payment of min fee of $150 depending on type & number of pets. NO SMOKING. Great WIFI. Grilling area.

Wonderful location as two different beaches are just a short walk away. Restaurants and tchotchke shops are also a short walk away. The large front porch is great, especially when there is a breeze. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the beds are comfortable. The house is very old and has a few minor idiosyncrasies, but it is spacious and comfortable. Would stay again.

House was perfect for our family of 10 (3 adults, 3 teenagers, 4 kids). Location was great and host communicated well. We look forward to staying the next time we’re here!
