Beautiful apartment

Wonderful apartment! Beautifully designed, with attention to every little detail. The location is perfect – just steps from the lake. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with three bedrooms (two with double beds and one kids’ room), a cozy living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen – everything is new, modern, and very clean. They turned on the heating before we arrived and left us snacks, drinks, fruit, and wine. We had great communication with the host, who checked on us and gave recommendations. There’s a good restaurant nearby, which was very convenient. We loved our stay and highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment with a perfect location

What we loved most was how beautifully decorated and spacious the place is — it feels both luxurious and instantly like home. The location is fantastic, and the view over the lake is just stunning! Having a parking spot right in front and a lovely terrace to enjoy outside were big pluses that we really appreciated during our stay. Also, the host was great — very responsive and helpful, with quick replies and good suggestions throughout our visit.

It would be great to add curtains in the children’s bedroom, as the early morning light made it difficult for our kids to sleep in. The Wi-Fi signal could be improved, as we experienced some connectivity issues during our stay. Lastly, the floor could have used a mopping — we noticed our feet got quite dirty walking barefoot inside.

We couldn't check in for a few hours

The location is five meters from the lake, so it makes it perfect. The furniture is modern, new and place is spacious.

We had a communication with the owner the same day and the day before check in about the time of check-in, and the guidelines how to enter the apartment wasn't given, so we presume that there will be someone waiting for us at the accommodation, but unfortunately it wasn't. So we ended up waiting in front of the apartment for one hour and more with three small kids. The phone number stated in booking wasn't functioning. It's some american number. We tried contacting him via booking messenger, but without success. So at the end we gave up we wrote on booking customer care and start to look for another accommodation in 7 pm. In the end, he called us and gave the pin from the locker to take the key. It was such an unpleasant experience, especially with little kids. Never again.

Supertrevligt boende och nära till väldigt mycket

Mycket trevligt boende med utsikt över sjön. Tre sovrum varav två med dubbelsäng och ena sovrummet med en våningssäng. Ena sovrummet hade eget badrum och toalett. Mycket fräscht boende. Stor öppen lösning vardagsrum/kök. Bor där garanterat igen om jag ska till Kastoria igen.

Finns absolut inget att klaga på. Allt var perfekt.
