The location of this apartment cannot be beat -- in Piazza S. Cosimato, but a little bit removed from the real craziness of Trastevere. The apartment was clear and well equipped and the host is easy to communicate with. The apartment is small, but fine for 1-2 people. Spacious shower for Italy which was nice! While there is an elevator, there is also a short flight of stairs to get to the apartment door, which would be important info for someone with mobility issues.
The main bed is a sofa bed, and could be more comfortable. There is another bed, which is likely used for more guests, but it is in a loft with very narrow, steep stairs, so would not be accessible to anyone with mobility issues.

If you are lucky enough to book this stay, congratulations! I am a solo female traveler and felt completely safe and at home here. Cristina is the best host, she communicates well through WhatsApp and ensures that your stay is the best it can be. I slept on the main level bed (pull-out couch) and it was extremely comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are perfect, it was nice to have some extra space and amenities since I stayed here for 6 nights. Trastevere is truly the best neighborhood in Rome, out of the main city its beautiful cobblestone streets, shops, food and cafes are lovely. There are lively areas throughout, but quiet and calm at this stay. Easy to get to and from Trastevere with the 8 tram and the H bus.
Nothing to report, I loved staying here!

Beautifully decorated with great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Location was perfect with great atmosphere right outside the front door - which cannot be heard from inside the apartment. The host was lovely and communicated well throughout.
The only thing that would have improved the stay would be more natural light - the window could not be opened and the shutters made it a little dark during the day.
