The location and basic facilities were comfortable. It was convenient to be able to use the elevator without having to climb stairs, which was great for moving heavy suitcases.

I think the value for money is low. It is somewhat expensive compared to other accommodations.

The use of the door codes was a bit complicated, but Viktoria provided very clear instructions via WhatsApp, including a video, in perfect English, a day in advance of our arrival, and we had no problem. The flat was very clean and comfortable, with a well-appointed kitchen corner and we found it to be a good, quiet location within sight of Florenc Metro station – only one stop on Line C from Prague's main train station with its half-hourly connections via the AE bus to the airport. Right by Florenc Metro is a useful little supermarket (Billa). A 10-minute walk (or one stop on Line B) takes you to Namesti Republicky, and another 5 minutes walking, to the Old Town Square.

We have no complaints, but a couple of constructive suggestions: (1) We didn't know how to use the induction hob (we phoned and Viktoria explained very helpfully) – it would be good if some brief written instructions could be provided. (2) A cutting board would also be useful. The kitchen knives were extremely sharp, but the only option was to use them on a plate – not ideal, but easily remedied.

Всё прекрасно - расположение, доступ, инструкция по заселению. Отличная квартирка - комфортно, чисто, все для кухни. Определенно рекомендую!!!
