there was good space and amenities. it was close to the tram

the floors were not clean. The main bed was very uncomfortable, we could tell the mattress was old and worn.

Имахме проблем с входната врата на сградата. Не се отваряше по посочените инструкции: нито на телефон, нито на линка. Имахме късмет, че човек от входа се прибра около 1часа през ноща и ни отвори. Връзката по телефон е само в работно време

The apartment itself is clean and tidy. All facilities as mentioned in description. Location is alright as there is a supermarket and some cafes.Tram stop outside which is convenient but takes 25 mins if you want to get to the centre.

It's located in an old building on the 4th floor so would need to climb the stairs initially to get keys before you can use a lift which operates with a key. Main key to the apartment was very tricky and locked us in the flat the 1st day. Had to call the company to sort it out. They managed to help in the end but it was stressful. Wasted 2 hours to get out of the apartment. It wasn't a smooth experience entering and leaving the apartment each time.
