Quality accommodation, an easy walk to town and with its own secure parking. Highly recommended.

The general standard of the accommodation was excellent. Most significant however is its location. A 15/20 minute walk takes you to the centre of Oxford, so any outing to town is an easy walk home. The flat also has private gated parking, which so close to town is a major plus.

Disappointing

The location of the property was great.

At first glance the property looked nice but after closer inspection we discovered lots of areas were unclean and dirty. The floors were dirty and had hairs on. The kitchen cupboards were not clean inside or outside, all handles on cupboards dirty, mould around the bath and the washing machine was going rusty. We would have cleaned the floor for our own comfort but there was no vacuum cleaner. The description of the property was also incorrect as it stated “ a hot tub” but there was not. I wasn’t surprised as where would they have put it.

Bedroom needed blackout curtains as street lighting outside window kept us awake. Bathroom grouting needs refreshing, fridge needs attention as door didn't close properly.

Great Central location

-Really great location as only a very short walk from the station and generally a nice quiet street. - Right in central Oxford, just a short walk to all the major attractions. - The apartment was bigger than I expected. - My friend slept in the bedroom and said the bed was very comfy. - The shower was powerful and nice and warm - There was a hairdryer, straighteners and an iron. - Good wi fi - Would definitely book again if visiting Oxford again. - Sainsburys is very close by so able to buy any food items easily. There was also an M&S in the station to buy food from & a whsmiths for papers etc.

- Unfortunately there are road works outside the station at the minute (but we couldn't hear them) which meant that as the road was blocked one end, all the rail replacement buses and work lorries etc kept arriving from before 6am in the morning and instead of going straight in the car park were sitting with their engines running right outside the lounge window. I can normally sleep through anything but not this so was up, showered and dressed by 6.30am but my friend who slept in the bedroom was fine. We did find there were sets of new earplugs provided in the lounge drawer but hadn't noticed before going to bed. - sofa bed was very easy to put up and comfy but maybe I didn't do it right as it was very squeaky whenever I moved and I only weigh 8 stone. Luckily though the walls must have been thick as my friend said she couldn't hear it which is good.

Great stay at Oxford apartment!

The host was really accommodating, let us use the car parking space before check in and past check out which extended our stay in Oxford. The house keeper was very friendly and showed us the apartment. Great location for a quick walk into the town centre.

Being a ground floor apartment we were a little reluctant to have the windows open at night, but it was a very warm evening so we had to. I would just suggest maybe having a fan available for a more comfortable sleep. But otherwise it was great!

Alhoewel het een heel goed bed was, was het vrij smal voor 2 personen. De slaapbank/bank zakte door.....daar kon je echt niet op slapen.
