Property is spotless and in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to main areas in the city. Bathroom was a fantastic size and the pressure from the shower was amazing!! Loads of shopping available and a 7/11 directly across the street from the hotel. Smooth check in and out service.

Property was quite neat for space but expected with the pictures no flaws at all really

Location is very good, close to ximen station. Self check-in is very convenient but when they say staff can speak English don’t believe that ! I try to contact them through line to ask for store my luggage before check-in and ask for more water for the next day and other problems in the room but they never read my message. I have to ask my Taiwanese friend to call them instead. On my last day my room card had problem I couldn’t get into my room. I call the number that they provided but no one speak English at all so I have to ask other people on the street to talk to them! Very unprofessional service
