The were a few good things about this apartment. The sea view was a proper sea view, I loved the balcony. The location was great: close to the beach, big supermarket nearby but still quite calm and peaceful. I liked the building. Based on the reviews I was worried about the elevators but it wasn't too bad (maybe we didn't catch the busiest times). The rooftop pool was amazing, the gym was good enough. There's a gs25 right in the building and a cute coffee shop - basically anything you might need. The woman who greeted us was friendly and polite.

Despite the good things there was one big problem that in the end made us cut our stay short here. The apartment is very neglected. The walls are very dirty, the kitchen was dirty and neglected enough that we had 0 motivation to cook there, the bathroom drain doesn't work properly and both the kitchen and showers were moldy. There were also lots of ants. The apartment is just not pleasant to stay in. All the walls need to be repainted, the showers need a serious refresh and the kitchen needs a deep clean, then it would be a great apartment to stay in. Oh and one more thing, we booked the 3 bedroom apartment. We were just 2 people, but if we were actually using all 3 bedrooms it would be tight. One bedroom only has a small window to the washer/air conditioner niche and another has no window at all, instead there are some holes in the wall to the third bedroom with a proper window. So there would be no privacy between the people staying in those 2 rooms.
