-Địa điểm thuận tiện, có hồ bơi trên sân thượng to, rộng, thoải mái - Tầng trệt nên đỡ được cảnh chờ đợi thang máy
- Tầng trệt có mùi cống nên khó chiụ, mặc dù có máy xông hơi thường xuyên nhưng vẫn không thể giải quyết được vấn đề. Hy vọng ad sẽ có cách khác để xử lý việc này tốt hơn.

Cần thêm sự rỏ ràng trong cách xác định số phòng Tôi đặc căn hộ 6 người lớn ở. Bên bạn xác nhận 1 phòng lớn 2 giường đôi và 1 phòng 1 giường đôi. 2 WC. OK đúng. Nhưng thực tế là chỉ có 1 phòng 1 giường đôi. Còn phòng lớn 2 giường đôi là bên bạn lấy phòng khách kê 2 giường và cho nó là 1 phòng lớn. Vậy phòng khách đâu.? Nó là căn hộ thì phải có phòng khách và phòng ngủ. Cần sự rỏ ràng vấn đề này. Mọi thứ còn lại OK hết. View sân vườn OK. Tiện lợi trong sinh hoạt OK. Nhân viên phục vụ OK.
