About this house rental
Home has been fully updated & furnished to make your vacation fully relaxing & enjoyable! This luxury home is complete & ready for your stay! House & Carriage House combined has 6 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. Master Suite is a huge (private) upstairs loft w/floor to ceiling windows! Making your views even more beautiful! Home is fully appointed & stocked w/kitchen appliances, gourmet kitchen gadgets, grilling needs, linens, towels, beach towels, & more!
A car is suggested to explore the quaint village of Port Sanilac. (It is about a half mile walk to the downtown area)
- Two dogs maximum are allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. The dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee for each dog.
HOUSE RULES:
- No more than 6 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into dumpster in the driveway before departing
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- No tents, campers or motor homes are allowed
-Please stay on the rental property and do not venture into neighbors yards.
-Permission must be granted before booking the home for an event. There is a fee associated.
-Lastly, HAVE FUN!
