The property is surrounded by a large leafy garden which enjoys a swimming pool and a loggia with a comfortable seating area, perfect for alfresco aperitifs or relaxing with a good book. There is also a small balcony, accessed from the living space that extends the back of the property with space for alfresco dining and relaxing in the sun.

Inside, the open-plan living space is comfortably furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, an armchair, a smart flatscreen digital HDTV and a large dining table. There is also a separate kitchen equipped with a cooker hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

The property is nestled on a small peninsula extending into Lake Garda, on the outskirts of the charming town of San Felice del Benaco. The town is surrounded by lush greenery, olive groves and vineyards with incredible views of the lake and surrounding landscapes.

The marina at Porto di San Felice del Benaco is a short 5-minute drive from the property, a great place for a stroll or lunch at one of the waterfront bars or restaurants. Guests can also head to Porto Portese (a 5-minute drive) to rent boats, catch a ferry or book guided lake tours.

For culture, the historic town of Salo is less than a 10-minute drive away where guests can visit "MuSa - Museo di Salò" and the Renaissance-inspired Duomo di Santa Maria Annunziata Cathedral. Guests are also in easy reach of Bau Beach (a 7-minute drive) and Barbarano Beach (a 15-minute drive). For outdoor enthusiasts, Parco delle Colline Moreniche is a great destination for hiking, (a 35-minute drive) and Alto Garda Park (a 5-minute drive) offers beautiful lakefront hiking trails.
